Suleimaniah Prefects Update School Calendar Monthly

SABIS^® Student Life Organization^® (SLO^®) prefects at Suleimaniah International School, a SABIS^® PPP school in Kurdistan, work hard to keep their classmates informed and up-to-date.

Every month the SLO^® selects students to update the school calendar and place butterfly pins on important dates and upcoming events. These prefects also provide each grade level a calendar and study list to keep the students and parents aware of exam dates.

The purpose of this calendar is to provide students with important information like activities, holidays, and exam days. It is also a way to give prefects responsibility of an important aspect in the school. “I like to be reminded of things I have to do and I can look forward to activities that are happening soon,” said a student.
